If you have a question regarding your value, we ask that you please file a formal protest as soon as possible. Residential properties can file online using the code printed on your notice of appraised value and all others can mail, email or use the drop box located in front of our office.

Once your protest is processed by our staff, an appraiser will contact you to discuss your value and will provide you with evidence pertaining to your property. Please provide a good phone number or email address where you may be reached between the hours of 8:00 A.M. – 5 P.M. Mon-Fri.

If no agreement on value is reached, you will be scheduled for a formal hearing before the Appraisal Review Board. Notice of the date and time of this hearing will be sent to you no later than 15 days before your hearing date. At the time of this mailing, no hearing dates have been set by the ARB.  We will keep you informed as more information is available to us by our ARB.
